Directory FAQ's
How do I register?
First you must register for a youthwork.co.uk username and password.
If you are an existing user of the Community section of this web site, then
you can log on with your existing username and password. If not, then register
here. Once you have registered, a password will be emailed to you, which you
can then change in your profile.
Once you are logged on, you can go to the My Listing page to create a new listing.
Does my listing go live straight away?
No. Every new listing must be approved by a directory moderator.
Once approved, your listing will be live unless you select it to be deactivated
on the My Listing page.
How do I pay?
If you are registering for a Level 2 or Level 3 site, you will be
invoiced by CCP for your annual listing subscription. You will need to then
send them a cheque.
Any unpaid listings may show up on the directory as a free Level 1 listing.
Can I be listed in more than one category or region?
Generally, we only allow listings to appear once. If however, you
think that your listing is particularly relevant to more than one category
or region, then please email directory@youthwork.co.uk
to explain your reasoning. Make sure you include your username and the title
of your listing. We will grant additional category and region listing at our
discretion, and an admin charge of £5 will be made.
Can I have more than one listing?
We normally only allow one listing per user, and we will remove any
duplicate listings registered in different user names. However, if you have
more than one organisation or listing requirement, please email directory@youthwork.co.uk
to explain your reasoning, and additional listings will be granted to
you at our discretion. Please make sure you include your site username.
How can I change the category or region of my listing?
If you wish to change the category or region of your listing, please email
directory@youthwork.co.uk giving
details of your usename, listing title, and the changes you would like.
